Celine Zehnder is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She received a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from the University of California, Davis in 2001. She then received a B.S. in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University in 2003. She worked as a pediatric RN from 2003-2007, when she ultimately graduated with a M.S. from the Advanced Practice Pediatric Nursing Program at the University of California, San Francisco. Celine’s special interests include educating and supporting first time parents, breast feeding and lactation support, and asthma. She is married with one baby of her own, and feels that parenting has significantly added to her understanding of pediatrics and breastfeeding.
Christine Gallo, CPNP is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner who graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing. Prior to nursing school, she completed her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at UC San Diego and worked in clinical research. Christine received her pediatric training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and has nursing experience in adolescent health. She is especially interested in dietary counseling and ear, nose, and throat concerns. In her spare time, Christine loves to spend time with her young nephews in San Francisco.
Ivy is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Development at UC Davis. She was a registered nurse for two years at a travel vaccination and consultation office, in which she has become proficient in travel medicine. Ivy received her Masters in Nursing (specializing in family) at Samuel Merritt University in 2011. Her interests are nutrition/weight management and working collaboratively with families, providing anticipatory guidance to parents and children. Ivy speaks fluent Cantonese.
